British sufferers must adopt more “pushy” American attitudes with their doctors to get medicines they are entitled to, the head of the NHS rationing entire body has explained.
Prof David Haslam, chairman of the Nationwide Institute of Wellness and Care Excellence (Good), explained that sufferers need to see themselves as “equal partners” with medical doctors to get the treatment method they need.
